We love Dr. Seuss books!
We love learning about Dr. Seuss and reading his stories! We made a venn diagram as a class to compare/contrast Dr. Seuss stories with fairytales that we are familiar with. As a class we decided those stories have quite a bit in common such as they both have: magic, funny things happening, fiction text, problems happening in the story, etc. I am so proud of my students and what they are learning!!!

March is reading month and our theme is Reading Rocks!!! You will find a pink activities chart in your child's folder coming home today. This paper does not need to be returned it just lists some fun reading activities for students to do at home! We will be having theme dress up days every Friday in March.
